Chatterbox Ticket System
We run a ticket system for our customers, enabling them to register technical queries with us at any time.
Registering for the service is simply a matter of visiting the Ticket System Portal and supplying an e-mail address, then responding to the confirmation e-mail when you receive it.
Once you’re registered and you’ve raised a ticket via the Portal you will be notified by e-mail when it is being dealt with, and every time progress is made. You can also monitor actions taken against any ticket via the Portal.
